You have an amazing new start-up, social enterprise or nonprofit campaign, and you need to get the word out. What strategies, tactics and tools are available to activists, business executives, consultants and marketing managers?

J.D. Lasica, founder of Socialbrite.org – social tools for social change – will give a two-hour presentation adapted from the full-day bootcamp he gave at Personal Democracy Forum in June.


Pamela Hawley, Founder & CEO, UniversalGiving.org will also be joining in as a special guest speaker discussing, What drives your organization?

 

The interactive program will consist of:

  • 12 steps to mobilize your cause: The components of highly successful campaigns that have taken advantage of social media’s ability to enlist and activate evangelists.
  • Case studies: Specific examples of campaigns in the social good sector that have been successful in raising awareness, raising funds or engaging supporters.
  • New technologies: An overview of the best cause-related tools and resources available for advocates looking to make a difference.
